Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a legal action against the user who uploaded the material.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, 3.5th Dimension Records may suspend or terminate access to our services for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others. If we receive multiple valid infringement notices regarding a user’s content, we reserve the right to take down their content and suspend or terminate their account or access to our services.
